Yes, it's trending again. Now I know that you probably wore it years and years ago so aren't too keen on jumping back in but if you feel like giving it a go, but here are a few tips that will have you nailing it.
You are going to have a natural contrast that feels just right.
My colour type prefers a silhouette to be all in one denim tone which keeps the base of my outfit low contrast.
My first outfit is low contrast where all three denim items sit around the same level. The next two are medium contrast with medium denim jeans and medium denim shirt, finished off with dark denim trench and then dark denim dress/coat.
White boots are my colour of choice to frame medium denim jeans.
My outfit below has light denim jeans with a light denim shirt topped off with a dark and bright denim jacket. This outfit is more high contrast.
I like to contrast my light jeans with dark boots.
