The old golden rule 'Arms out, legs covered or arms covered, legs out' helps to keep things on an even keel.

Not saying that we can always achieve this balance as sometimes it is just too hot to have everything covered or of course too cold to have one little slice of skin in full view.

But when you can and if you are considering dropping some serious dollars on a jumpsuit, for instance, choose one that has either the arms exposed with the legs covered or the arms covered with the legs exposed, rather than both uncovered or both fully covered.
