Do You Hate Packing?

As soon as our long haired weimaraner Chi sees our suitcases come down from the top of our wardrobe, she gets really anxious...

She hates it when we go away so I try to give her as less stress as possible by leaving the packing until the very last minute.

Luckily I'm quite the pro at packing quickly and successfully but the last two years of not going anywhere had me a little out of practice when we last went away in December.

So even I had to go back and read my How to pack ebook in order to refresh my packing plan.

This time we are off to Perth on Monday so I'll be leaving my packing until Sunday night.

Packing, of course, becomes so much easier, quicker and more enjoyable the more you stick to a plan.

My problem used to be (and I'm sure most of you can relate) that I would pack way too many clothes that I never even ended up wearing.

I would just chuck this in and then that in without even thinking about whether they actually made an outfit or not. I wasn't even considering how many other items I could also wear with that one piece. It was crazy and overwhelming once I arrived and opened my suitcase.

Packing with a solid plan around pieces that not only suit you but suit each other is the key to success.

You deserve to feel good in what you wear, so you can focus on making memories with loved ones, instead of making wardrobe adjustments.
