Finding Your Skin and Personality Colours in Coco

Here’s how to move forward using Coco:

1. Your Skin Colour Page:
Once you’ve worked out which colour type you most likely are (Eyes, Hair, Creative, or Vibrant), your skin colour page will be:

  • Eyes = Soft Blue

  • Hair = Blush Pink

  • Creative = Soft Orange

  • Vibrant = Soft Peach

This page reflects your natural colouring, and it’s key. It’s the grounding point of your wardrobe strategy, helping you choose colours that support your skin tone, not fight with it.

2. Your Personality Colour Page:
Each style personality has its own colour too:

  • Theatrical = Soft Blue

  • Romantic = Blush Pink

  • Creative = Orange

  • Vibrant = Soft Peach

Now here’s where the magic happens, look for colours that appear on both your skin colour page and your personality page.

Those are your power colours. They not only suit you beautifully, but also reflect your personal vibe. That’s what gives you that “put-together without trying” look.

Once you’ve found both pages, cross-reference them. Note and write the colours in common down. These colours should suit your skin tone and reflect your personality (will be your favourite colours).

From these two pages, you’ll also want to select a light neutral, a dark neutral, and one or two extra favourite colours from either page.

This is how the strategy comes together.

Why this matters:
These colours are powerful because they simplify everything. You can confidently build around them, knowing they’ll always work together.

Now, of course, it’s a little more nuanced than that. Without knowing your exact colour type and skin tone, you’re still making some educated guesses, and yes, there are colours on, say, the blush skin page that don't suit the hair colour type.

BUT! Here’s the good news: this colour strategy will work beautifully.

It’s about using a system that gives you structure. When you follow the method, even loosely, you’ll still create better outfits, more ease, and fewer ‘nothing to wear’ moments.

It’s working smarter with what you already have. A clear system means no more buying random pieces that don’t mix and match, or feeling stuck staring at a wardrobe full of clothes with nothing to wear.

Using a system like this takes the overwhelm out of getting dressed. It replaces confusion with clarity.

It gives you data you can trust, not a mood, not a guess, so every colour you choose, using your Coco ebook, builds into a wardrobe that works.
